Since DJ's came on to the scene in 1959, they've dominated bars & clubs because of their ability to mix songs and hold a dancefloor.
Sadly, many function bands haven't moved with the times and continue to perform ten minute renditions of Mustang Sally and have awkward gaps between each song.
We've taken inspiration from the DJ and developed our own trademark, live band mixing style. We've worked tirelessly to produce incredible medleys & mashups that will transform your event and have you and your guests glued to the dancefloor all night.

When London musicians Yiannis, Alex and James started The Tricks they had one goal in mind: To create a band that mixes through songs like a DJ and deliver mind-blowing live experiences.
